I have made a pull reuest for removal of the source files for those,
that is https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-library/pull/640

Please reveiw as soon as possible.

Also I commited a fix needed in the cmake files after the
footprints_doc folder was removed.

I would like to have the mentioned pull-request merged and then move
the 4.0.3 tag to that commit on kicad-library.git.
