Ubuntu Flavors Meeting Final Time and Agenda

Hello Ubuntu Flavors,

I just chose a final time on the Doodle poll. Thanks for participating,
everyone!

The meeting will be on Thursday, May 23rd, at 4 PM Central US time
(probably lasting at least an hour). You can find the converted time
here[1].

I also made a tentative agenda, which you can find here[2]. Feel free to
tweak and adjust as needed, as well as add new items for discussion. If
you need access to the wiki, let me know ASAP.

I would like to go without recording the meeting and do a video/voice
call, so dialogue and ideas can flow a lot more naturally. We should
record meeting minutes though, so there is some record of what occurred.

As I said in the previous email, I would like to keep participation to
flavor teams and distro engineering teams at Canonical. Feel free to
share within your teams (pastebin of this email is here[3] for
convenience). Let's coordinate on #ubuntu-flavors on freenode the day
of, and I can send meeting links out there.

For the call, I was originally thinking of using Google Meet (the new
iteration of Hangouts?) but it seems they have locked down meeting
creation to users of a GSuite account (hint, hint Canonicallers ;) ). If
someone at Canonical cannot create a meeting, or there are other
unforeseen restrictions, we can use Zoom.

Thanks everyone, and let me know if you have any questions.
