I've now withdrawn all the money.  Total in for November and December was
£366.42.  Total withdrawn at close is £2972.61.

Please remove the donation section from

What would you like to do with the money?  The default option it to give it
to KDE e.V.  You could also ask Scarlett to do some more work if she is
available.
