Dear Jonathan, and Kubuntu Councillors

Firstly, Jonathan thank you for your consistent and reliable assistance as
treasure, it has been very much appreciated.

*Councillors*, as Valorie has mentioned, we need someone to take on the
role of Treasurer. I am willing to take on this role for an initial twelve
months to help establish new contribution funding routes, and set up a bank
account etc..

My thoughts are to setup a Kubuntu Open Collective account ( as per my
issue on KDE Invent)

In the interim, @Jonathan Riddell <jr@xxxxxxxxxxxx> please can you hold
onto that money temporarily whilst the council decides. If I am confirmed
to take over as Treasure, then I'll provide you with bank details to
transfer it,
