Public bug reported:

The community page [1] refers for bug reporting to the contribute page [2].
Unfortunately the contribute page does not state where a normal Kubuntu user can create a bug report.

It gives information for developers, beta testers, documentation writers, supports, bug analysts and local community teams.
But there is no information for the normal Kubuntu user where to report bugs. (I want to report installer issues).

I assumed that you may use Launchpad too, but didn't find any general
kubuntu project or a porject for the Kubuntu installer.

I also checked the testers wiki page [3], that says to report into a
Malone bug tracker but the link just leads to the Reporting Bugs wiki
page [4].

Please update the contribute page [2] with information where to report
bugs for Kubuntu and the Kubuntu installer.
