  The community page [1] refers for bug reporting to the contribute page [2].
  Unfortunately the contribute page does not state where a normal Kubuntu user can create a bug report.
  
- It gives information for developers, beta testers, documentation writers, supports, bug analysts and local community teams.

  But there is no information for the normal Kubuntu user where to report bugs. (I want to report installer issues).
  
  I assumed that you may use Launchpad too, but didn't find any general
