I think the first release of larry, 0.1, is near.

These are the things I can think of that must be done first:

- fill in some missing sections of the sphinx documentation
- setup.py
- Decide whether to make fromlist, fromtuples, and fromdict larry
methods instead of la functions
- Maybe add a swapaxes method
