Since I wasn't present for the original discussion, there may be some
details of the sponsorship process that I've left out, or gotten wrong.
Please update the wiki if so, or if you don't have time but you can hint
to me what the problems are, reply here and I'll gladly fix things up.

The changes to the above pages were part of a larger revamp with Matthew
Revell, by the way.  Comments on the wiki as a whole are welcome... or
even better, just fix whatever you don't like.
