I'm happy to announce that I've just made public an AMI suitable for us
with ec2test.  It's ami-22a1424b, registered as launchpad-ec2test100, so
all contributors to Launchpad are now able to test their changes in EC2.

The image will work with oldish versions of ec2 test, but it will be
faster with devel r9579 or later.

We still don't have any way to pay for the usage of non-Canonicalers;
I'm not sure what the plans are there.  Anyway, I hope this is useful.
