Yes, and it's a general exception too: Where a page requires permission
to access, you can concentrate on optimizing its <title> and headings
entirely for humans, not for search engines.

I was being slightly unfair -- I think people would ignore the
breadcrumbs almost regardless of their style and placement. More
effective would be reducing the number of breadcrumb elements and the
length of each element, but that would still mean the <h1> needs to
shoulder more of the burden of orienting you.
