It depends. I think the templates Jono has put together could be very
useful. The trick is deciding when to apply them. Using them for every
bug fix and refactoring sounds excessive. Using them for proposed new
features sounds reasonable. I agree it could be slower than JFDI. OTOH,
it does provide opportunities for others to say how things might be done.
