Hi folks,

I've updated and consolidated the information about UI design & reviews that 
we had on our wiki into two pages:

  https://dev.launchpad.net/UI/Design
  https://dev.launchpad.net/UI/Reviews

Please review and tell me any discrepancy with the current process.

One changes I added was related to the involvement of the DUX team. Dominic, 
Alejandra and Charline should now be subscribed to our development list. 

With Ivanka, we agreed to use a tag in the subject [RFC-UI] when we are 
discussing mock-ups and UI worfklows. Please use that tag accordingly :-)
