There was just a thread on the canonical architecture list saying that
their meetings have shriveled to nothing, and they would rather just
have more architecture-related list threads and then take them to
phone calls if there is sufficient interest.  Perhaps Launchpad should
do that too?  It would expose architectural discussions to the broader
community and I think this has been a bit lacking to date, and it
would keep some kind of record of the discussion.
