The title edit widget misbehaves when it is used in the primarry context
heading role. Since other uses of the widget work as expected, I think
this indicates that the markup used to structure the header in all
templates needs fixing.

Bug description:
When editing the project title on Launchpad using the inline edit button, the rendering of the "OK" and "Cancel" icons is very sloppy on both chrome and firefox. Screenshots will be attached.

To reproduce, go to a project that you maintain and click the edit icon next to the title of the project.
