For the main Launchpad sub-projects, I've added a 10.12 series and the
following milestones:

10.06: 30th June
10.07: 28th July
10.08: 1st September
10.09: 29th September
10.10: 3rd November
10.11: 24th November
10.12: 15th December

These dates are taken from the 2010 release calendar [1] and have been
scheduled so as to cause the minimum disruption to Ubuntu's release
process.
