Is there any reason why we shouldn't recommend people to use Postgres
8.4 when developing Launchpad?

We currently have the situation that some people use 8.3, and some 8.4.
This causes the problem that the diff for current.sql gets really huge
when sampledata is re-generated. We should either decide which Postgres
version people should use when generating current.sql, or make sure that
the generation is the same, no matter which version is used.
