We can't do it currently, but I'll be working on a new build/job runner
that will support this.  In the meantime, we should be able to discard
the results of a job if we can't kill it, right?

BranchJobs are deleted by Branch._deleteJobs() as part of
Branch.destroySelf().  The related BuildQueue entries are also deleted.
