Basically +1.

Like an inappropriate analogy, it's good to have around, but you
shouldn't use it too often.

I think the essential thing is to get reviews and landings to happen
faster, rather than to route around it.  But even then, a review is
still a handoff, and sometimes it really is trivial.  Having an mp
even for self-review is good because others can read it and comment
after landing.
