I'm wondering if we should tweet or similar when things that are
particularly notworthy get deployed...

E.g., deploying now are:
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/malone/+bug/114766 (Only bug
supervisor should be able to nominate a bug for a release)
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/malone/+bug/347218 (Allow bug
supervisors to make tags official)
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad-registry/+bug/655802 (person
picker regression fixer)
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad-code/+bug/624009 (Send less
email about merge proposals)

And at least some of those are almost certain to either pleasantly
surprise or miff some people.
