is editing the help wiki meant to take 30+ seconds per page?

I'm guessing there is a slow group lookup happening, which may
indicate SSO or LP team query problems. If its expected to be this
slow - well we can work on it. if its not expected to be this slow,
then theres a problem/regression that we probably want to fix - I
suspect other wikis using the same backend check will be affected.
