Just bear in mind that if a duplicate is filed, it may indicate that the
original isn't very searchable. The dupe be more searchable.
For example, I filed #699891 on oops-tools because a search on "openid"
found nothing. My bug was subsequently marked a dupe of #661266, which
was an "Apache OpenID" bug. After my bug was marked as a dupe, a search
on "openid" once again found nothing. I have since added a bug task for
"oops-tools" to #661266 so that we don't get more dupes.
