Headsup: loggerhead format changing to 2a

Loggerhead trunk is already in 2a format, our sourcecode/loggerhead
needs to be upgraded as well. This will have the normal disruption on
devpad and developer checkouts (just need to run 'bzr upgrade
sourcecode/loggerhead'). I'm going to push this forward today.
