That could be true. Though I've noticed a surprising correlation between
when those bounces started happening, and when I recently stopped
getting reviews for my patches.
2 weeks ago, I submitted some stuff, got reviews right away. Last week,
I submitted some stuff, got bounces from the mailing list, and didn't
get any more reviews. Could absolutely be coincidence, or it could be
that the people who used to get "you have a review to look at", are no
longer getting it.
