For the next downtime deployment, I'd really like to get codehosting
switched over to multiple servers, so that we can switch to no-downtime
deployments for codehosting.
I believe this is currently blocked on LOSA time to actually configure
and deploy haproxy in this configuration. I did spend some time to
prototype this on my development box.

I tried to document all the settings and why I set them that way. The
specific proposal isn't ready to merge, because it uses localhost
settings, rather than the public settings.
Is there anything else I can do to help the LOSAs prep the haproxy
settings? Maybe we could play with setting this up on QAStaging?
John
