All of that boilerplate (list_commands, do_run_bzr, etc. or the
equivalents in devscripts/ec2test) is exactly what I meant by not
easily re-usable. Not only is it boilerplate, but it's hard to figure
out unless you know where to look. bin/lp-milestones is *not* where I
would have looked.
