can has 10 minute downtime window for codehosting on Monday?

Tim wants to get the bzr team and other clueful folk checking that id
based stacking is robust client-side, for this we need a small window
to upgrade the apache rewrite script & scanner scripts on crowberry.

I suggest 3PM sydney time, 5PM NZ, which is 5AM UTC IIRC.
