The basics are simple: remove unnecessary stuff from pages, use titles,
headings and other elements appropriately, and don't say anything solely
through colors or images.

Probably the hardest thing is thinking of (or, for charts, generating)
appropriate alt= text for every image.
Probably the easiest thing that could be fixed right now is that
Launchpad's font size is miniscule.
