I've started on an analysis of our regressions in 2011. So far I've
just done a pass through the bugs to pull out the bugs and assess the
basics of how the regression came about.

https://dev.launchpad.net/Regressions2011 has that - please do look at
correct anything :)

Perhaps unsurprisingly, most of our regressions seem to be side
effects of other changes (vs doing a poor job at the thing we were
intending to do).
