The existing database patch number database has been having
scalability problems, so I've moved it from a Tomboy note to a bzr
branch.

If you want to look or even allocate your own numbers:

bzr co lp:~launchpad/+junk/dbpatches

https://code.launchpad.net/~launchpad/+junk/dbpatches for branch
details and subscription.

I'm happy for people to get their patch numbers through the current
process or for people with commit access to just grab their own. If
you do grab your own, please clean up if you discover you don't need
it or if the comment needs to change.
