I think it's healthy for any software project to review its scope from
time to time and to justify the existence of every part of that
project. This is no more than that: a call to decide what's best for
the future of the Answers tracker. With a little constructive
discussion and some research I think we'll be able to take a decision
that works well for Launchpad and the people who use it.

Thanks for the good luck wishes :) We're serious about making
Launchpad more usable and continuing to make it relevant to the free
software world at large.
