Anyone else seen this?  The Rabbit layer won't fire up for me on 
Oneiric.  It times out while waiting to talk to Rabbit:

The rabbit logs do seem to suggest that things are running, and I have 
half a dozen rabbit processes open.

To my regret I don't have much time to dig further right now.  But it's 
unfortunate that so many tests include the rabbit layer without needing 
the service!
