We started dropping YUI CSS last year. YUI-Font caused usability and
implementation issues and it contradicted the design guidelines. It is dead.

YUI-Reset is still used, We need a reset css, but we do not necessarily
need YUI's. They are all the same. I do think we need to switch unless
it is duplicated by another CSS sheet in out tools.
