Final Custom Bug Listings checkpoint

Summary:

 * The feature will be ready to leave beta next week! There will not
be another checkpoint. * Deryck is fixing a number of timeouts, all
other Criticals are in progress, all but two Highs are in progress.
Wow! * It is currently broken for non-Firefox users, so we're pausing
the beta until the fix lands on Monday. * Orange will change the
default information displayed, based on Dan's survey results.
Actions from the previous check-point:

Orange: land the improved spinner. DONE. Decided to put it at the
top as people are likely to be changing the sort order or the listing,
so they'll be up there anyway.
Orange: test the load that pre-fetching puts on the data centre.
NOTHING FORMAL DONE. Aaron and Robert talked about it, based on how
it's working on qastaging. Agreed that they're not going to use it.
Orange: investigate and fix timeouts. IN PROGRESS.
Diogo and Dan: check how important it is to be able to specify field
visibility via the URL. DONE. Diogo asked people during interviews. No
one felt strongly. We'll wait and see if people need it.
Huw: investigate if using media queries and responsive design
techniques could solve the wide-screen versus narrow screen issue.
DONE
Huw: make the text in the status and importance icons easier to
read. IN PROGRESS
Huw: address the weighting and arbitary colour problems with the
status and importance icons: users tell us status is more important
but right now importance is easier to spot. IN PROGRESS
Orange: hot bugs page to merged with +bugs. DONE
Actions to be completed before the feature is considered done:

[orange]: fix timeouts [danhg]: prepare announcement for custom bug
listings, ready for when they go live [orange]: remove
pre-fetching/caching code [orange]: land in progress Critical and
High fixes
[orange]: change the default sort order and information displayed,
based on Dan's findings
Actions for later:
  [danhg]: update the help wiki
