So according to pitti, it is still there in universe. It will not be
there come release time, as we don't want it around in our archives
for the LTS cycle.

Again according to pitti, lucid's 8.4 version should just work and
will remain supported for lucid's lifetime. So we can add
configuration to pull in stuff from lucid updates. I'll see if I can
shuffle the lucid packages into the launchpad ppa to make things
easier.
