Hello,

I'm very pleased to say that, on Monday, Laura Czajkowski [1] will be
joining the Launchpad team at Canonical.

She's going to be our new Support Specialist, which means that she'll
be the first point of contact for anyone looking for assistance with
Launchpad, whether that's on IRC, email, LP Answers or elsewhere.

If you don't already know Laura, she is based in London and is a
member of the Ubuntu Community Council. I can't wait for her to start
and I know she'll do a great job. You can find her on IRC as
czajkowski.
