Hi rocket scientists.

The purple squad wants to land our last branches needs to sync
subscriptions to sharing. This is a celery job. Is celery ready in
production? If not what do we need to do to get this ready so that we
can put sharing into beta?

Also we have some apprehension that something might be missing from our
implementation of RemoveSubscriptionsJobSource. Can someone take a look
at the pieces and tell us if something is missing that is needed to run
in production.
