As an experiment, I'll do what Elliot suggested.

I'll blog on my pre-existing personal blog (e.g.
http://codesinger.blogspot.com/2012/06/yellow-squad-weekly-retrospective.html).
 This is aggregated into http://voices.canonical.com/ .  I'll send out
emails with headlines at the top, link, and the content.  We'll see how
this goes, including how easy I can make this for myself. :-)
