It wouldn't even need to!  If your project had the same translatable 
string in it as secret project X, then translations from project X would 
also show up in the UI as suggestions for your project — with 
attribution to the person and project they came from.

That's probably something we could change with ease: just stop offering 
translations from secret projects as suggestions.  The real question of 
course would be how many other such “information leaks” you'd have to 
track down.
