When logged into the help wiki, the name at the right of the header
links to the current URL minus one level plus /UserPreferences.

For example: If you're looking at
https://help.launchpad.net/DocTeam/UserGuide the name links to
https://help.launchpad.net/DocTeam/UserPreferences rather than
https://help.launchpad.net/UserPreferences
