- It's very hard and undocumented how to add a member to a translation

+ It's very hard and undocumented how to add a member to a translation group. Using the 'Appoint additional translators' link you are asked to select a person to add to the group for a specific language, but you are not told how to create a team (such as ~ubuntu-it-l10n) and what is it for.
+ Also, it would be nice to have the possibility to create the team directly from the +appoint page.
