Public bug reported:

If a person goes to <https://launchpad.net/+tour/community> and want to
go to the previous page (about translations), the only way he has to do
it is to move the mouse on the "Next" button and click on the item above
the highlighted one, that is not obvious.

I think that the first "Next" button should be instead "Menu" or
"Index". I also think that it should be useful a "Back" button.
