When I read the page for the first time, I though that there was no more
text after the second Next button because the blank borders of the other
sections ("Drive-by contributions", ...) were not easy to see. The only
thing that could help me was the scrollbar, but when reading the page I
was focused on the body, so I didn't looked at it and clicked "Next"
thinking that the page was finished.
