Public bug reported:

Launchpad has a FAQ system that is easy for Launchpad answer contacts to
maintain and also provides an easy way for people to find answers whilst
using Launchpad itself.

We should move the contents of our help wiki FAQ page [1] - which was
created before the introduction of LP's FAQ system - over to the LP FAQ
system.
