1. Go to <https://help.launchpad.net/>.
2. In the search field, enter "hello".

What should happen:

    = No results for “hello” =

    There are no help pages with “hello” in their title. Try another
search.

What actually happens:

    = HelpOnActions =

    Your search query "hello" didn't return any results. Please change some terms and refer to HelpOnSearching for more information.
    (!) Consider performing a full-text search with your search terms.
    Clear message

    Actions are tools that work on a page or the whole wiki, but unlike
macros they do not add to the page content when viewing a page, rather
they work on that page content. They either produce some output based on
page contents (navigational actions like searching) or implement
functions that are not related to viewing a page (like deleting or
renaming a page).

   There is a set of system-defined actions, which blah blah blah blah
blah...
