The proposal to merge ~pelpsi/launchpad-mojo-specs/+git/private:fetch-service-revision-bump-to-9 into ~launchpad/launchpad-mojo-specs/+git/private:master has been updated.

Commit message changed to:

lp-fetch-service: configure logging

Configure name for a log file.
If the log.file name is defined, the fetch-service charm will use `/var/snap/fetch-service/current` dir to save logs with the defined filename.
This change also requires to bump the charm revision and to switch to the `latest/candidate` channel.
`latest/candidate` is the channel that we should use for staging envs.
