The proposal to merge ~ines-almeida/launchpad:merge-button/fix-timeouts into launchpad:master has been updated.

Commit message changed to:

Update merge button behavior for previously merged proposals

When the source branch has already been merged into the target branch, we will now set the status to "merged" with the correct information. This will prevent the case where nothing happens when a a request to turnip to merge times out (but succeeds), and retrying does nothing
