Hi Fran,
As Chromium is not associated with Ubuntu, we use another translation
group for it. You will need to create a Launchpad translation team
(lp-l10n-gl).
This is explained in the Q+A section of the announcement. Here is a
direct link to how to do that:

Please follow the steps and we'll be happy to appoint the new Launchpad
Galician translators team.
