With regards to your request, I do not see any problem appointing your team to handle Hungarian translation for the Launchpad Projects. Everything seems to be in place.

One thing we would like to ask you is if you have contacted the Ubuntu
Hungarian translation team:

I know they have been doing a great work in Ubuntu, have guidelines, and
are (more or less) the same people from the GNOME Hungarian translation
team. Joining forces, or sharing resources (guidelines, best practice,
glossary), might be a great idea.

Before appointing your team we would like to hear from you about that point.
