We have already a exist team for DR Congo Local community
(http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ubuntu-cd/) it the same team who want to
translate Ubuntu in Lingala, we have our channel (#ubuntu-cd), mailing
list(ubuntu-cd@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, wiki ... we want just to add
information about translating guide.
