Starting a new team [Was: New project: BleachBit]

I'll move this discussion into another thread to better keep track of it.

The procedure should be written here:

https://help.launchpad.net/Translations/LaunchpadTranslators

see the very last paragraph "Steps to Follow for Appointing a Team".

What I really suggest you, if you are new to setting up a translation
team, is to contact the Ukraine Ubuntu Translation team and ask them
about guidelines and everything, so you don't have to reinvent the
wheel. To be more "super partes" though, when linking guidelines, try
not to use Ubuntu specific materials: we would like the Launchpad
translators team not to be tide only to Ubuntu, but to be a more
general FLOSS translation effort.

For the Italian team I set up a page in h.l.n
(https://help.launchpad.net/Translations/Italian) where I link the
various resources, and I use that link with the Italian team in
Launchpad [1]. But if there is a Ukrainian FLOSS translation project
that is well known and that all translators are following, just link
to that and you'll be fine.

Don't hesitate to ask here if you need any help.

Ciao.
